Very pure and fresh jaggery. The colour is golden brown—not too dark, not too light—and the taste is excellent. I used it for sakkarai pongal and also for making kadalai urundai. No sand or dirt inside, which is very rare these days. My mother also tasted it and said, “idhu dhaan nalla vellam!” Definitely buying again.
