Harshini’s brown sugar reminded me of the shakkar we used at home in my childhood. It’s soft, not dry or hard. No chemical smell or aftertaste like in refined sugars. I’m using it in my kids’ milk and homemade laddoos. Very happy with the quality – totally recommend.
