Tapioca stick chips are also known as மரவள்ளிக்கிழங்கு குச்சி Kappa Chips or Kuchi Chips in South India, particularly in Kerala. They are a popular snack made from thinly sliced, deep-fried tapioca (cassava) roots. Sometimes, they are also referred to as Kappa Varuthathu.
